Mr. Naresh Kothari founded Mahavir Pigments in 1979 and continues to lead the company as Chairman and CEO. With over four decades of hands-on experience in the pigment manufacturing industry, he oversees all aspects of the business—from infrastructure and technology to production and operations.
A visionary leader, he has played a key role in driving R&D innovations and operational excellence across the company. His strategic focus is on delivering value to clients through high-quality pigments, cutting-edge technologies, and continuous improvement.
His vision for Mahavir Pigments is anchored in a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. Under his leadership, the company is on a mission to become the undisputed global leader in pigment manufacturing, setting new standards in performance, innovation, and service.
Mr. Jinay Kothari, an MBA graduate from the USA, joined Mahavir Industries in 2016 as Managing Director. With a global outlook and a drive for Innovation, he has led the company’s expansion into key markets across Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
Passionate about customer-centric growth, Mr. Kothari emphasizes the importance of understanding client needs and delivering customized, high-quality pigment solutions. His strategic leadership focuses on continuous R&D investment and the development of sustainable, high-performance pigments, including advanced phthalocyanine pigments.
Under his guidance, Mahavir Industries is setting new Benchmarks in Innovation, Quality, and Environmental responsibility in the Global Pigment Industry.
Ms. Shalvi Shah joined Mahavir Industries in 2019, bringing with her a strong background in Industrial Psychology and a results-driven mindset. As Export Director, she plays a vital role in managing Human Resources and Marketing initiatives across South East Asia and Africa, two of the company’s fastest-growing international markets.
Her strategic leadership ensures that Mahavir attracts top talent, fosters a dynamic work culture, and builds market-relevant branding campaigns that resonate with regional customers. She also supports streamlined global operations by aligning people, processes, and performance across departments.
With a keen focus on market expansion, team development, and customer engagement, Mrs. Kothari is instrumental in strengthening Mahavir’s position as a leading global pigment manufacturer. Her contribution reflects the company’s commitment to excellence, efficiency, and growth in emerging economies.
Ayushi Kothari, a MBA graduate joined Mahavir Industries in 2020. She handles overall export market for Asian and African regions. She is the Innovative Head at Mahavir as she believes in the digital revolution and also looks after client relationship and keeps them updated with latest developments in the field of Pigments.
